Wassup people. Over the last few months I have come to question love, courtship and chivalry. Particularly in the gay community. It seems as if fu@#ing the next gorgeous guy is the main thing a gay person should achieve. But what happened to dating and actually getting to know someone? I dont particularly believe being gay is a sin but lust certainly is. We should try to appreciate someone for their character or their achievements/goals/ambitions. That is part of what being able to fall in love is about. Not just about someones looks or their dick size.
I guess there is always a ram in a bush and there is someone for everyone but lets hope that bush didnt burn down.

I think this is an ALL AROUND issue. Im pretty sure a lot of straight females feel that same very way. But there is no denying that we live in a society where sex is becoming a dominating factor used so carelessly.

I think chivalry is dead because our focus is on the wrong set of things...

Well im not giving up hope! I've met a few guys who still believe in it... and im doing what i can to keep it going. I think we need to start actually saying that we like these things. Cuz as long as we continue to settle for just hooking up rather than dating... then chivalry will continue to be on the decline.

I definitely feel u on that sentiment Keith. The loneliness and pains of not having anyone push lust forward.
